Welcome to the Simm
This simulation has been active for more than a year, and many people have gathered together from all four corners of the Earth to this wonderful place to help in writing a story that will last for many more years to come. We started out as Triton Seabase, a Lowell Class Research Facility. We were its first, and arguably best crew ever. We accomplished a great deal many of things in such a short amount of time. We developed the Avalon system as well as many other canon parts of Triton Seabase. Additionally, this sim was the first to introduce the famed Zetari skin in Obsidian Fleet; since then, the skin has spread like wildfire.
This is a Play by SMS (PbSMS) simulation; as such many people are accustomed to role-playing in this environment. If you like what you see, then you are encouraged to join us in our quest to fulfill our destiny to become a sim that breathes new life into the world of online role-playing.
During our first month of operation, this simulation was graciously awarded the Obsidian Fleet Unit of Merit Gold Award. As far as we know, this is a first in the history of Obsidian Fleet, for any sim to win the top award granted in its first month.
